Pricing Questions
What happens after my 14-day Pro trial?
Your account automatically switches to the Free plan. You keep access to your first 200 files and 50 searches per month. No credit card is required to start the trial, so you will never be charged unexpectedly.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. You can switch at any time from your account settings. If you switch from monthly to annual, you will receive a prorated credit for the remainder of your current billing cycle.
What does 'lock in this rate forever' mean?
Our launch pricing is introductory. When we raise prices for new subscribers, your rate stays the same for as long as your subscription is active. Cancel and resubscribe later, and you will get whatever the current price is at that time.
Do my files get uploaded to the cloud?
No. Your files stay on your computer and are never uploaded to any server. When Docora indexes your documents and when you search or chat, text snippets are sent to AI providers for processing, then deleted. No storage, no training data, no permanent retention.
What file types does Docora support?
The Free plan supports PDFs, Word documents, PowerPoint presentations, and Excel spreadsheets. Pro adds support for code files and 80+ additional file types including plain text, Markdown, and more.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings or email us. Your Pro features remain active until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees.
Is there a team or enterprise plan?
